Knowing God as Father

The Blessing of His Guidance, Protection, and Provision

Sis, the more I walk with God, the more I realize I need to know him as my Father. He’s not distant or unreachable but a Father who loves me, leads me, checks me, corrects me, and covers me because I am truly His daughter.

And when you really understand that identity, everything changes.

Because a loving Father will always guide His child even when the guidance stings a little. Even when it challenges your comfort. Even when it exposes areas of immaturity you didn’t know were there. His motive is never to shame you; it’s to shape you.

He protects us not only from the enemy but from our own limited understanding. There are things we want that He knows would break us.

There are paths we would’ve chosen that He knows would trap us. So yes, He redirects us. He corrects us. He recalibrates us. And all of it is love.

This is why God keeps calling us back to His Word.

The Word is our blueprint, our map, our constitution, and the wisdom that keeps us grounded.

And then He gives us the perfect pattern to follow Jesus Christ, The Way.

If you ever wonder how to walk, how to respond, how to live, or how to love… look at Jesus. He is the standard.

And here’s the part that humbles me every time:

Our Father owns everything. All power. All wisdom. All provision. All resources.

If the enemy can hand out cheap gifts, temporary pleasures, and counterfeit blessings to those who follow him…
how much more has our Father prepared for His daughters?

We truly can’t comprehend the depth and richness of what God has stored up for us. His love is an endless supply, His guidance is protection, and His plans for us far exceed anything we could ever create for ourselves.

So walk like a daughter.
Receive correction like a daughter.
Study His Word like a daughter.
Follow Jesus like a daughter.
And expect provision like a daughter.

Because your Father is not withholding from you—He is preparing you.
